A. How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?

Shipping time is normaly between 7 and 21 business days but also will depend on various factors such as method of our shipping, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit etc.

     ► We have no limits how much you can order. However, you should consult a qualified person regarding the quantity you would like to order, since there may be import regulations on those specific products in quantity.

I. I received an email reminding me that I didn't make payment for the order altough I already made it?
     ►We have an automatic email notification system. If unpayed order exists in our database for more than 7 days, our email notification system sends a reminder to the customer. If you placed an order and already make payment, then you probably placed another order that was not payed and our notification system notified you for the unpaid order.

J. How do u ship products?
     ►We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. Packaging types are changed constantly to achieve max delivery success! The size of our packages are never larger, If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages. This way there is more possibility to deliver successfully. Shipments are sent from various shipping points and different European countries. With custom we have 100% success to USA, 100% success to any country of EU. Problems with custom are only in New Zealand & Australia.

K. How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?
     ► If the order is large enough to not fit in the same shipment envelope as a small sized order, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages.      ► Larger orders are split into two or several envelopes and shipped separately. Some orders are also sent separately since they are shipped from various European countries. Sometimes it can take more than 7 days

S. I haven't received my order and it's been more than 21 days since I ordered.
     ► If it's been more than 30 business days your order could be seized by customs. In that case you will receive a customs letter. Please contact us about this.
