Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh Terms & Conditions

You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your Purchase indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Do not confirm your order if you do not accept them.

Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh reserves the rights to only process and ship order if the following Terms and Conditions are accpeted with a confirmed agreement from the purchaser. The purchaser agrees to adhere to all these company regulations when placing and order with us.

1. Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh assumes no liability for the use of any products supplied. Liability rests with the purchaser to use products under the guidance of a licensed physician.

2. Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchaser and the purchaser's country of origin. All products are shipped :--

► at the full risk of the purchaser.
► in agreement of holding Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh reserved towards any legal action, that might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the destination country.

3. In the event an order is detained and confiscated by foreign customs, the loss rests completely with the purchaser, unless:-

► a valid medical prescription was submitted to be sent with shipment

► a confiscation notification and a proof of reclaim is provided to Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh.

In this case, the purchaser is entitled to a reshipment of the full order at 50% of the original cost plus shipping and handling.

4. Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh will fully guarantee delivery only if :-

► A valid medical prescription is submitted to be sent with shipment.

► The purchaser has provided correct shipping information.

5. Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh takes no responsibility for lost orders, wrong deliveries or product damage caused by the Postal Service.

6. Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh shall not be held responsible for any misdelivery or nondelivery if the incorrect shipping address is provided.

7. Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh takes no responsibility for Money Order/Cashier Check payments lost in transit from purchaser.:

8. Prices are subjected to change according to International currency rates and changes in cost prices without further notice.

9. Availability of products is subjected to change without further notice.

10. Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh takes no responsibility for dispatchment delays caused by delivery problems of manufacturer/supplier, or any other delays caused by a third party. Nor does Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh take responsibility for shipment delays caused by holidays or the Postal Service.

11. In the event wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped free of charge.

12. In the event products arrive damaged due to improper packaging by Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh, products will be reshipped free of charge if a claim is made and proof of improper packaging is given.

13. In cases where loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being given to us, a refund cannot be offered.

14. We cannot accept the return of any items. In the case of goods arriving to the customer in a faulty or damaged condition, we will replace your order.

15. Order cancellations after payment has been processed are not accepted.

16. We accept Western Union is extremely secure, untraceable and untrackable. If you will be making multiple overseas purchases, we strongly recommend this method. It is worth it.

17. All packages are shipped in an extremely discreet way. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package are never used. If the order is too large to fit one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (always included in the S&H-charges).

18. If you do not receive the purchased goods within 30 days of the date on which you have paid for them, you must notify us in within 40 days of the date on which you paid for the goods. Fitness Pharmaas Gmbh shall reship in the event that an order is seized by your local Customs or FDA. We will (on production by you to us, of a written letter from Customs or FDA or similar authority) offer a reship to an alternate name and address. If the shipment is seized and stopped a second time we do not offer a reship or refund

19. To buy from us you must be at least 20 years of age. It is solely the buyer's responsibility to ensure they are in possession of a current, valid prescription for the products ordered.
